Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipping but usually ships within 24 hours. Most orders placed before 10 AM CST will ship the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon CST will ship the next available business day. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the following Monday, excluding holidays. A standard order sent to an APO/FPO address will be charged a flat rate of $12.95 and must be shipped via USPS. Delivery times vary depending on location and may take up to 15 business days.
We do not offer shipping to PO Boxes at this time. Please use your actual address for shipping. Any orders entered with a PO Box shipping address will delay processing.
Costs associated with incorrect addresses are charged by UPS and passed along to you, the customer. However, address corrections can be made, free of charge, before your order has shipped by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1 (855)-232-6634 (1-855-BE CONFIdent) or by e-mail at email@example.com. Orders already shipped requiring a change of address or a correction will incur a $12 fee. In the event an order cannot be delivered and is returned a $6.95 return shipping fee is charged. International orders are shipped via UPS Priority Mail and arrive within 7-15 business days. All transit times given are estimates and may take longer for some countries and customs procedures. Customs and clearance is beyond the control of both, Covillow, LLC and UPS.
