Q. What makes the Covillow so different than other currently available popular nursing covers and pillows?

Very simple, two products in one!  Unlike any other product, Covillow will provide you peace of mind for a truly private, comfortable, and convenient breastfeeding experience.  The Covillow is a new and patents pending product, which features the combination of two conventional breastfeeding accessories into one, the nursing cover and nursing pillow, eliminating the need to carry and purchase two separate breastfeeding items.   Without sacrificing convenience, the Covillow features not only a specially designed nursing cover that aims to protect you from accidentally exposing bare skin while breastfeeding (front, sides, and low back), it also incorporates a patents pending, specially designed nursing pillow.  The built-in nursing pillow conveniently adds comfort for the baby and assists the mother to “prop-up” the baby, making it easier for the baby to “latch on” and nurse.  The Covillow, most importantly, incorporates convenience into its design and can easily be rolled-up or placed into a diaper bag.

We use the latest styles offered by some of the most popular fabric designers with high quality 100% cotton fabrics.    The nursing pillow can also be removed from the Covillow for easy washing and for using the Covillow without the pillow for support.  It’s completely up to you the mother as to what works best for you.

Q. The pattern used on my product seems to differ from the swatch displayed on your website. Why is that?

A. Individual screen settings on computer monitors may slightly alter the colors of the fabrics.  We do our best to represent the fabric swatch options in the same scale as our model at checkout to give you the absolute best representation we can, but sometimes the swatch may be a little off color and slightly off scale.

Q. Is the Covillow a one-size-fits all?

A. Yes.  The Covillow is designed as one-size-fits all with different body shapes in mind, being loose enough to allow air to circulate but large enough to keep moms from being exposed.   We have not received any negative feedback about design or size. We do recommend that you try on the Covillow before breastfeeding. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unused Covillow for a refund. (Please see refund and exchange policy).

Q: What’s your return policy?

A: In short, we allow returns on all items within 30 days if they are in unwashed in unused condition, and still have their original tags and packaging. Our complete policy along with return request instructions is located here.

Q. How can I return/refund/exchange my order?

Q: How long does it take to deliver my item?

A: This is dependent on the delivery destination and shipping service used. In the US, most packages will arrive within 4 business days of the order being placed. Expedited shipping is faster. Q. How quickly will my order ship?

A. Orders placed during business hours are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours and usually ships within 24 hours (except on weekends and holidays). Orders with expedited shipping get priority processing, and may ship sooner.

Q: What is processing my order?

A:  From the time you submit your order until it is picked up by the freight carrier and you get a tracking number via e-mail is “processing” time.  Our warehouse has thousands of packages being shipped out per day and it requires a host of logistics systems and warehouse personnel to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.  Don’t worry, we get the right orders to our customers greater than 99% of the time, so if we encounter a problem during one of these steps, we will contact you.  If you don’t get a tracking number within 48 hours, please e-mail us at customerservice@covillow.com.

Q. How can I correct an incorrect shipping address?

A. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update it for you.  Send us an email at customerservice@covillow.com with your order number and change request so we can try to make the changes you need.  Keep in mind you will have a tracking number, so if it is 48 hours after you place your order, you should contact the freight carrier to resolve the address.  Their customer service number will be on the e-mail and/or website for tracking.

Q. How quickly will my international order ship?

Q: I just received my shipping confirmation and I cannot pull up the shipment in the freight carrier’s website to track.

A: Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be available online. If it has been more than 24 hours since you received the tracking number, please send us an email at customerservice@covillow.com or give us a call.
